Part-Time Café Manager
This role is for a Café Manager and involves working Tuesday to Saturday, 10am–2.30pm (20 hours per week including a 30min break). You will lead a small team in creating a warm, welcoming environment at our community café – overseeing the preparation and serving of drinks and food, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting the Café Assistant and volunteers.

We are offering this post on a six-month fixed-term basis in the first instance. As we are a newly established charity, this allows us to responsibly manage our early development. However, it is our hope and expectation that the role will become permanent as the café becomes established.

As this role includes leadership within a Christian organisation shaped by Christian values, there is an occupational requirement for the post holder to be a practising Christian, in line with Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
